Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Namaste,

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

We, at Kimaya Home Decor, take utmost care while packaging our handmade home decor products.
Hence, products once sold cannot be returned unless the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the same product. It is subject to the recipient sending us the photo / video within 24 hours of delivery. Unpacking the parcel video is compulsory, as you write an email to us on contact@kimayahomedecor.in. Our team will verify the damages and confirm the replacement.

Shipping returns

In the return process, we would request you to send us back the damaged product within 7 days through a normal courier. We will reimburse the shipping charge upto INR 100.
Please note: Products sent back without a consent from the ‘Kimaya Home Decor’ team, will not be considered for replacement.

Refunds

Once the damaged product is received, we will send a replacement product. If the same product is not available for shipment, we will issue you a “Coupon” with value of payment made (excluding value of any coupon used while  purchase) and you can redeem it against any of our products. Kindly note that this coupon does not have any expiry. Please note, there will be no refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
